Upper Macungie Township

Road: Adams Road between Schantz Road and Old Route 22

Type of Work: Brush Cutting

Road: Hamilton Blvd. between: Route 100 and Trexlertown Road

Type of Work: Milling & Paving Work

Restriction: Daytime lane restriction eastbound. Watch for stopped vehicles and use caution when traveling through the work area.

Date: Oct. 5 7 a.m. to 3 p.m.

Lower Macungie Township

Road: Route 100 North Between East Penn Avenue/Alburtis Road and Spring Creek Road
Type of Work: Bridge Repair
Restriction: Daytime; There will be a new traffic pattern on Route 100 north at the bridge over the Little Lehigh Creek. Motorists on Route 100 north should expect short traffic stoppages as the new pattern is implemented. Route 100 north traffic will be shifted to the western side of the bridge. Route 100 south traffic will continue to be detoured over Spring Creek Road and East Penn Avenue/Alburtis Road. The work is part of a project to replace the Route 100 Bridge over the Little Lehigh Creek that began in June and is expected to be complete in November.
Start Date: Oct. 3, from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m.

Allentown 

Road: Broadway Street Between Dodson Street and Roosevelt Avenue
Type of Work: Construction
Restriction: Daytime, Be alert for new traffic patterns. Two lanes of traffic will be maintained, however traffic lane shifts will occur. Possible weekend work.
Start Date: Oct. 3 to Oct. 24
