It's Time to Plan Your Holiday Weekend Activities

There's plenty to do in the area and the weather is warming up.

It’s Thursday, and for many people, it's a long holiday weekend.

Why Go:  Author, director and actress from HBO’s hit series True Blood will be discussing her novel, Butterfly Rising, and signing copies.

Pricing:  Free, but reservations are requested by calling 610-398-1361 x 13. Copies of Wright’s book will be available to purchase at the library for  $8.70.

 

2.     SOUP, SALAD AND SPUDS DINNER

Where/When:  , 7974 Claussville Rd., Fogelsville; Friday, 5 p.m - 7 p.m.

Why Go:  Enjoy a variety of homemade soups, salads and baked potatoes with toppings.  Proceeds will benefit the youth group’s mission trip to Belize.

3.     LIVE MUSIC BY GENERATIONS

4.     MEET BISHOP ZEISER

Where/When: , 1028 Church St., Fogelsville; Sunday, 10:30 a.m.

Why Go:  Bishop Zeiser will participate in Sunday morning worship service and be available to speak with at the coffee hour that follows.

5.     ALL YOU CAN EAT PIZZA & WINGS

Where/When:  , 238 Sycamore Dr., Breinigsville; Sunday, 11 a.m. – 10 p.m.

Why Go:  Enjoy unlimited pizza and wings and possibly some good conversation
