Glasbern's Days as a Working Farm Dwindling

Earlier this year, Patch captured part of a working farm day at Fogelsville's 130-acre Glasbern Inn.

The days of Fogelsville's Glasbern Inn acting as a working farm are dwindling now that owner Al Granger announced this week that he is selling 100 of 130 acres of land, due to a lawsuit appeal.

Earlier this year, Upper Macungie Patch ventured out to Glasbern to capture some of the flurry of activity surrounding a working farm that also serves as a bed-and-breakfast and restaurant.

Granger told Patch this week that the Glasbern Inn is profitable and that the hotel and restaurant operations will continue.
