Freeze Warning Issued for Early Friday

Upper Macungie Township residents should protect outdoor plants and tender vegetation if possible.

The National Weather Service has issued a freeze warning for Lehigh County, effective Friday, March 30 from 3 a.m. to 9 a.m.

Some areas could see temperatures drop to the upper-20s overnight, according to the warning. And due to an unusually warm winter and early spring, trees and flowers that have already bloomed could suffer damage.
