The Upper Macungie Board of Supervisors meets on the first Thursday of every month, except for January, when it holds its reorganization meeting on the first Tuesday of the month. All meetings are held at the Upper Macungie municipal building.

More About Upper Macungie Township
The Upper Macungie municipal building houses all the local government offices of the township in addition to the Lehigh County Tax office. The following municipal government agencies are located in the building: Board of Supervisors, Sewer Authority, Zoning Office, Planning Commission, Open Records, Recreation Board and Bureau of Fire. A satellite office of State Senator Pat Browne is on site and open three days per week.
The Board of Supervisors meet on the first Thursday of the month at 7pm. Supervisors also meet on the first Monday of January. The Zoning Hearing Board meets on the second and fourth Wednesdays of the month at 6:30pm. The Planning Commission meets on the third Wednesday of the month at 7pm. The Recreation Board meets on the last Thursday of the month at 7 p.m.

Everyone please attend the meeting tonight. Our supervisors are going to vote to disband the police department without knowing the costs or the processes involved in doing so. They are placing the safety and security of all residents in jeopardy by their uninformed, hasty actions. Please come to the meeting so this is not carried out in virtual secret!
