This is the weekend the eight wineries on the Lehigh Valley Wine Trail hope to thank the good weather gods for a hot dry summer as our harvest begins.  As we harvest our grapes to produce premium wines the bakers are waiting for the wheat and grain harvests in preperation for their goods as well.  Clover Hill is very excited to again partner with a local baker; Unique Pretzel Bakery, Inc., of Reading, PA.  Just as Clover Hill Vineyards & Winery is a family owned and operated business Unique Pretzel Bakery is family owned since the late 1800's.  Since Unique Pretzel Bakery's last visit to Clover Hill they have again grown and are now producing new products that they are excited to share with you.  Besides their new products there is still nothing better than a Unique chocolate covered pretzel to pair with a glass of Clover Hill Turtle Rock Red - Delish!  For more information on Unique Pretzel Bakery be sure to visit them at www.uniquesplits.com.  For information on activities at all eight wineries please visit www.lehighvalleywinetrail.com for details.
