Enter online (email to: tracyh@bcmr.com with &ldquo\;contest entr y&rdquo\; in the subject line or enter by mail by August 10\, 2012: Eve nts at Bear Creek Mountain Resort 101 Doe Mountain Lane\, Macungie PA 1 8062 with &ldquo\;contest entry&rdquo\; written in the lower left corner of the envelope. Please include your name\, phone number and email add ress with your recipe submission. Your personal information will not be sold or otherwise used for marketing purposes\, other than winner&rsqu o\;s information as specified in rule number 5 and in introductory para graph. b. Recipes may be original or copied from any other source with contestant modifications. If from another source\, that source must be revealed in the submission. c. Each recipe for the Garlic Lover&rsquo\ ;s Appetizer Contest must use at least 2 cloves of garlic. d. Each reci pe for the Cheese Lover&rsquo\;s Appetizer Contest must use 1 cup shredd ed cheese (4 ounces). e. Each recipe must be an appetizer with at least 8 appetizer servings. f. Recipes must be typed or legibly written or p rinted. g. Use specific standard US measurements for each ingredient wi th can and packages sizes listed in the order of their use in the recip e. h. Directions to prepare recipe must be clear and complete. i. Ten Finalists will be selected from the qualifying entries by Land &\; A ssociates whose decision is final. Finalists will be notified on or bef ore August 14\, 2012 j. Selected Finalists will bring two of their prep ared recipes for final judging to the Cheese\, Garlic and Summer Mounta in Festival on August 19\, 2012 \; to Bear Creek Mountain Resort\, 101 Doe Mountain Lane\, Macungie Pa 18062. One full recipe will be pres ented to judges for judging on appearance. The second recipe will be po rtioned for tasting by the judges. The decision of the panel of judges is final.  \; 2. Eligibility: Contests are open to U.S. resident s 18 or older. Entries must be received by midnight\, Eastern Daylight Time\, August 10\, 2012 \; to be considered for this year&rsquo\;s contests.
