Upper Macungie Township's supervisor race won't be decided until November's general election, but Democratic candidate Joe Corcoran isn't waiting to mobilize his voting block. Brad Osborne, a chemical engineer and a South Whitehall commissioner, kicked off his campaign Saturday for one of four at-large Lehigh County commissioner seats.
