I was able to grab a few shots of this morning's sunrise before it changed dramatically into a dull gray sky. Even my 9-year-old son was awed by the colors!

Nancy, I am new to reading the BP, so have just seen your photographs twice.... this set and those of the moon. What I love about your shots, and their presence here on BP, is that they remind me to slow down. They remind me to look, to see, to breathe deeply and be aware of the beauty and goodness that surrounds us. To be thankful. What you do here, is a good thing. Thank you!
