Memorial Day on Monday is a federal and state holiday. Here's what's open and closed:
Closed:
- Upper Macungie Township Municipal offices.
- Garbage: Collection will not take place Monday.
- Banks: Have the option to open. Most will close.
- Post Office: All federal offices are closed.
- PennDOT Driver License Centers: All state offices are closed.
- Courts: State and federal courts are closed.
Open:
- Supermarkets along with numerous retail outlets like Walmart plus chains such as Wawa, CVS, Walgreen's and Rite Aid will all be open.
- Most malls will have special hours
- Movie theaters are open.
