So is this news or an advertisement for the broker? A quick look on zillow finds some MUCH pricier homes for sale in Upper Macungie, like 1940 Park Ln, Orefield, PA 18069 which is up for $1.69 million. If its an ad, say its an ad, don't couch it as a news article.
