Report: Upper Mac Man Got Drunk After Locking Wife in Bathroom
Wife escaped after husband passed out
Police say an Upper Macungie man trapped his wife in the bathroom then sat outside and drank beer until he passed out Saturday, according to this Morning Call report.
Thomas Kutzura - charged with unlawful restraint, simple assault and disorderly conduct - was jailed in lieu of $10,000 bail. His wife was not injured. The couple live at 6535 Tilghman Street, according to the newspaper report.
