UPDATE: Cetronia Road Reopened in Upper Macungie

Cetronia Road has reopened after strong storms brought down a tree and utility lines

Cetronia Road has reopened following a storm-related closure for about two and a half hours Tuesday evening.

PennDOT said Cetronia Road between Grange Road and Krocks Road in Upper Macungie Township was closed due to a downed tree and utility lines.

The PennDOT alert was issued at 5:30 p.m.

A cold front moving through the Lehigh Valley prompted a tornado watch until 7 p.m.

Some parts of the valley were doused with several inches of rain.
