Nestlé Keeps Jobs in Breinigsville
Nestlé’ renews it lease for its huge distribution center in Breinigsville for five more years at a cost of more than $4.5 million a year.
Nestlé’ Holdings Inc. has recently renewed the lease for its 1,045,153-square-foot distribution center at 555 Nestlé Way, according to Business Wire.
Caplease Inc., which owns the property, reported it received a 5-year lease renewal from Nestlé’. The new lease starts Jan. 1, 2013 at a rate of $4.40 per square foot, or $4,598,673 with a 3 percent increase each year.
Caplease is a real estate investment trust that owns and manages commercial properties.
