Instead, Erik Jenkinson will face arraignment April 23 in Lehigh County Court.

Jenkinson, 27, of Concord, Mass. stripped naked after the Nov. 26 accident, which occurred at 4:05 p.m., according to the state police complaint. Jenkinson was charged with eight offenses, including driving under the influence and open lewdness.
