A 30-year-old Brooklyn, N.Y. man is accused of allegedly having cocaine in a Calvin Klein babies' cap when police stopped his car on Interstate 78 near the Route 309 interchange.
Angel Davila Jr. was driving west on Interstate 78 on Oct. 16 when he was pulled over on a traffic stop, according to state police at Fogelsville. The trooper noticed air fresheners and reportedly got Davila's consent to search the car.
