Two Upper Macungie Township elementary school, Jaindl Elementary School and Fogelsville Elementary School, have slated Family Fitness Night for Friday, Jan. 27.

Jaindl families are invited to participate in a night filled with karate, gymnastics, aerobics, obstacle courses and healthy snacks.

Fogelsville families will enjoy fitness activities including a Wii "Just Dance" station, a make your own granola station, LEMA Karate station, dance fusion station, Parkettes gymnastics, a craft table, fruit smoothies, an obstacle course, pulse station, hula hoop and jump rope stations.

The Jaindl fitness night runs from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. The Fogelsville fitness night runs from 6:30 p.m. to 8:30 p.m.
