Homes Needed for 200 Dogs Rescued from Hoarder
About 200 Chihuahuas are up for adoption after Pennsylvania dog wardens rescued them from an animal hoarder
Pennsylvania Dog Wardens recenty rescued about 200 Chihuahuas from the house of an animal hoarder in Columbia County.
The Animal Rescue League of Berks County is now caring for some of the dogs.
Donations are needed to help provide care and food for the dogs. Donations can be made securely online.
Most of the Chihuahuas are in good condition and will be up for adoption. Their skin, coat and teeth have been checked and they are being vaccinated.

Hello it is a shame that horrable people do thease things to pooor amimamls they should face the stiffest penelelatys under the law. I wish I could adoupt some of the poor puppes! I go to the pet store and hold macey and bullet minture pincers. they really love me! I hope the investagtors get all of them greadey horrable people!

According to the 'experts' hoarding is a mental disorder. If I had to guess the guy who did this loved every one of those dogs; it was just way too many to take care of. I am not saying that the dogs should not have been taken from him, but this person was not likely to be acting maliciously. Also the article did say that most of them were in good health too, so he at least did a half decent job of taking care of all of those dogs. Don't be so quick to condemn people.
