Upper Macungie Board of Supervisors Chairman Edward Earley said this week that he'll likely seek another six-year term on the board.
Earley said he was first appointed as an Upper Macungie Township Supervisor in 2002 to fill a vacancy. He was elected to a four-year term in 2004, and in 2008, he was re-elected to a six-year term.
"I enjoy it," he said. "We'll see if we can give it another shot."
Earley is an Upper Macungie resident and a retired Kutztown University professor.
Earley also chaired the Berks-Lehigh Regional Police Commission.

Clarification:
I was appointed as a UMT Supervisor in 2002 to fulfill a vacancy. In 2004 I was elected to a four-year term and in 2008 I was re-elected to a six-year term.
