Former Saturday Night Live star Dana Carvey will perform at the State Theatre next year, his second show there since 2011.
Carvey -- known for both his numerous celebrity impersonations and characters such as the Church Lady and "Wayne's World" co-host Garth -- will perform at 8 p.m. on Thursday, May 2.
In addition to SNL, Carvey also appeared in two blockbuster Wayne's World movies. His sketch comedy show, while short-lived, boasted a writing staff that included future stars such as Stephen Colbert, Steve Carrell and Louis C.K.
Tickets for his show -- at $47 and $52 -- go on sale to theater members at 10 a.m. on Friday, Dec. 14, and to the public the following Friday.
