Nestle, Church, Developments on Planning Agenda

Representatives from Nestle Way, Hidden Meadows, Lehigh Hills and Trinity Wesleyan Church will come before the commission with development plans.

 

The Upper Macungie Township Planning Commission will hold a public meeting  Wednesday at the township building to review and make recommendations on the following:

  • Nestle Way Additional Parking Area – Resubmission – Land Development Plan. Located at 155 Nestle Way, Lehigh Valley West Industrial Park.
  • Hidden Meadows Estates/Rabenold Farms II - Located at 600 Werley Road, Allentown, PA 18104. Proposed minor subdivision plan is to transfer future roadway right-of-way and construction easements from the Upper Macungie Group to K & M Associates.
  • Lehigh Hills Lot #3 Pad Sites – Preliminary Plan Submission – Located at 7801 Glenlivet Drive, Fogelsville.
  • Lehigh Hills Lot #1 – Wrenfield – Resubmission – Subdivision and Land Development Plans – Located at Route 100 and Glenlivet Drive.
  • Trinity Wesleyan Church – Additions & Alterations – Resubmission - Located at 6735 Cetronia Road, Wescosville.

there is plenty of parking at the empty DHL building, I am sure someone would love a job driving a shuttle bus.

what happens when DHL is occupied by a new tenant?

and the parking is for Tractor Trailers..... not really ideal to have them offsite
