What goes on in the "shellhamer" house at Independent Park? We paid list price for this property (1.3 mil) and wonder if is rented or what. You would think with the golf etc it might be a good park. Also a ten car garage with lift makes for a great maintenance facility. Perhaps instead of spending any more on buildings we can efficiently utilize what we have. Even jaindl would aGree with that unless he has a construction co now lol
