At Least 53 Hurt in NYC Ferry Crash Wednesday

A ferry crashed into a dock Wednesday morning, injuring dozens of people on their way to New York City.

More than 50 people were hurt - at least one critically - when a ferry crashed into a New York City dock Wednesday morning, according to multiple reports including this from CNN/WFMZ.

WPIX reports about 300 people were on the ferry when it crashed into pier 11 near Wall Street in Lower Manhattan around 8:45 a.m.

The ferry left from Conners Pier in Highlands N.J.

(Editor's Note: This report has been changed to remove a reference to South Street Seaport, which has piers 17 and 18, not pier 11 where the crash occured)
