What would you do if you were the lucky winner of the $1 million lottery ticket sold in Lehigh Valley this week?

A Cash 5 lottery ticket worth $1 million was sold at Top Star Express on Hamilton Boulevard in Trexlertown, Lehigh County.

Winner Ricky Robertson of Upper Macungie Township told WFMZ he plans to buy a new house and invest the rest of his winnings.

The winning ticket matched all five balls - 02-13-20-41-42 - drawn Monday night.

Federal tax of 25 percent will be deducted from the winnings.

Top Star Express will receive a $5,000 bonus for selling the winning ticket.

This marks the second time in two months that a Lehigh Valley lottery player hit it big.

An Emmaus man bought a ticket worth $496,018 in August.

The Pennsylvania Lottery achieved record-high sales this year.

In the 2010-11 fiscal year, in addition to awarding nearly $42.2 million in prizes to Lehigh County winners, the Pennsylvania Lottery contributed more than $25.8 million to programs serving Lehigh County's older residents.

I would continue to live exactly as I do now--- give 10% to my church and/or charities, and invest every red cent of the rest of it---because while a million dollars sounds like a lot, it is not a great deal when you have to live off the interest (at today's low rates) and Social Security.

Bruce and i were delighted to see Rick's face on the news, having won. We first met him at George Bush's (not the pres) Exxon station on Route 100. He worked hard and was always nice. Congrats!
