Pennsylvania 2-1-1 Lists Toys for Tots Sign-up Dates

- Toys for Tots Sign-ups: October 23-25, 2012, 9 a.m.-noon
- Make-up dates: November 7 & 14, 2012, 9 a.m.-noon; December 1, 2012, 9 a.m.-noon

You must bring: photo ID (photo/driver’s license), proof of residence (rent receipt or lease), proof of income (paystubs, Social Security check, welfare receipt, unemployment/ disability receipt, child support); social security cards for each family member; utility bills and expenses. In addition, some Salvation Army offices require birth certificates for each child 12 and under, while others require them for all household members, please verify with your local office.
